Radio Times

When I studied abroad in London in spring 2016, I also worked as an online intern with Radio Times magazine. Radio Times is a magazine based in London that reports on and talks about British television. As an intern, I helped Radio Times organize their online archives, and was tasked with uploading content from the magazine to the website weekly. I was also expected to do a significant amount of reporting during my internship; I wrote over 75 stories for the website, including reporting on the #OscarsSoWhite controversy and reviewing television shows.

  • A collaborative research story I worked on with another writer for the magazine, detailing the characters appearing in the critically-acclaimed TV show Happy Valley, and the actors who portrayed them. The story received national attention after we posted it before the show's premiere.
